Functions area & Responsibilities

• Set up UV printing jobs by loading materials onto the equipment and adjusting settings for optimal print quality.
• Monitor UV printing processes to ensure prints are cured properly and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the printing process, such as equipment malfunctions or print errors.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling printing materials.
• Keep accurate records of printing jobs, including materials used, production times, and any issues encountered.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operations of the printing department.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

• Technical assistance to production area.
• Ensure operation of machines. Set-up of equipment.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Equipment validation.
• Installation and commissioning of new machines.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

• Transfer, loading, unloading and installation of machines.
• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Engineers to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Plastic Bag making industry and possess a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and regulatory requirements. As a QA and QC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around, day-to-day quality control tasks, including analyzing product quality, conducting laboratory tests, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. The role requires strong proficiency with Measuring Instruments and a strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and adhere to quality control measures as per SOPs to ensure consistency and excellence in product quality.
• Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare Inspection standards, sheets, SOP & QAP
• Report non-conformance reports & CAPA for lot rejection.
• Critical control of processes at PDI

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Understanding of RCA & CAPA, 7 QC Tools, FMEA, QAP, APQP, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or patterns.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and auditing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Job Profile

• 1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design
• projects
• 2. Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
• 3. Excellent Proficiency in graphic design software such as Corel Draw, (Coraldraw, Illustrator etc.).
• 4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• 5. Knowledge communication and teamwork skills.
• 6. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
